1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and for its intended purposes, including:
- Browsing seafood products
- Placing orders for personal use
- Using contact forms for legitimate communication
You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
- Post fraudulent or misleading information
2. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update listings without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted outside Karachi and Lahore unless specified
- For cities other than Karachi and Lahore, we will ship to the nearest railway station after confirmed advance payment
- All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable service charges
4. Deliveries
- We deliver only to the specified cities in Pakistan
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
- In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather or supplier issues
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are not accepted
- Refunds may be considered only in case of proven quality issues at the time of delivery. In that case, the seafood may be returned to our rider immediately. Once you have received the order and the rider has left your premises, no complaints or refunds will be entertained.
6. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and activity under your credentials.
7. Google Login Integration
Users may log in using Google accounts. We ensure secure handling of OAuth data and comply with Google’s policies. Your Google data will not be shared or used beyond login authentication.
8. Limitation of Liability
Decent Seafood is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site
- Delays or failures beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party failures)
9. Governing Law
The laws of Pakistan govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Karachi.
