The journey begins when you place your order on our website by selecting the seafood item, quantity, delivery city, and cutting preference. All prices are based on the pre-cleaning weight of seafood. Since seafood is a natural product, slight variations in weight may occur after cleaning.
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation message with your order summary, estimated delivery time, and payment details. You will also get a confirmation call. If the selected item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and begin sourcing it fresh as soon as possible.
After confirmation, your order is forwarded to our procurement team at Karachi Fish Harbour. They hand-pick the day’s freshest catch, ensuring quality, size, and species match your request. Sourcing is done the same day, depending on real-time auction availability.
Once sourced, your seafood is delivered to our cutting and packing unit at the harbor. Our trained butchers prepare your order exactly as requested — whole, gutted, sliced, boneless, or cubed. Each order is packed in food-grade zipper bags, sealed, and chilled for safe delivery.
To maintain temperature, all orders are placed in chillers for a few hours after processing. For Karachi and Lahore, we use temperature-controlled boxes on bikes. For other cities, seafood is packed in insulated thermopore boxes with ice and dispatched to the nearest railway station for customer collection.
We follow a paperless billing process. Your e-invoice is sent via WhatsApp a few hours before delivery. In Karachi and Lahore, cash on delivery is available. For other cities, advance payment via bank transfer is required before dispatch to ensure transparency and smooth processing.
